摘要: 简要介绍了液力透平的原理,以及在重油加氢装置中液力透平的设置和工艺流程,讨论了不同工艺方案下富胺液透平的工艺路线选择,并从原理、工艺、经济等方面进行了比较。提出了最佳工艺方案,为加氢装置液力透平的设置和选择提供了思路

Abstract: The theory of hydraulic turbine and its application and process flow in heavy oil hydrotreating unit are briefly introduced, the process selection of rich amine turbine under different process schemes is discussed and compared from the aspects of theory, process and economics. An optimum process scheme is presented, providing a new thought for the application and selection of hydraulic turbine in hydrotreating unit.
